I am a landlord. After a longterm tenant moved out who didn't clean up after herself before she left, I went on a search for a cleaning company who could perform a one time deep clean for a reasonable price. ( The limited funds in the security deposit have to be stretched to cover more than one issue) I am glad I found this company as fast as I did! Not only was the company willing to send out a cleaning team the day after Christmas, but the owner (or manager ) made time on Christmas just to text to confirm that the job was still on for the next day.
The two ladies that were sent out did a fantastic job, and paid attention to little details that I am not sure are even standard for a deep clean.
Whatever cleaning detergent they use also smells wonderful!
I am thankful to have some of the stress of the re-rental process taken off my back.
I will definitely be calling The Clean Living Company again, if I ever need another deep clean before a re-rental.
